Ana Beirut screening & Talk at the Arab Short Film Festival – ASFF 2021

In collaboration with Nadi li kol el Nas and within the Arab Short Film Festival, Ana Beirut the series was screened in the presence of the creators on December 8th 2021 at the French Institute (Cinema Montaigne) in Beirut followed by a discussion about the intuitive creative process with Muriel Aboulrouss (creator & conductor of the intuitive filmlab). this video will give you a glimpse into that event. Video created by Mounir Al Serawan. the creators of the series, Ghina Abboud, Aline Ouais, Bachir Asmar and Gilbert Karam, and Amar Sokhen, who were present at the event, testified on their experience during the creation of the series, within the intuitive film lab program created and conducted by Muriel Aboulrouss (co-founder of Home of Cine-Jam Humanitarian Arts Association) we are grateful for the public and for the Arab short film festival & Naja el Achkar for their love and support. “Ana Beirut” is a series of experimental poetic portraits created by 9 Lebanese audiovisual artists exploring themselves and the city they live in: Beirut The Home of Cine-Jam intuitive film-lab aims to reconnect artists with their intuitive creative powers. The purpose of this program is to celebrate the existence of local independent artists, guide them to portray their emotions through audiovisual arts in a free cinematic language and empower them to embrace their own unique way of expression.
